We’re back with Sando’s Signature Race Day Buffet, loaded with fresh flavours, generous favourites and something for everyone!
Kick things off with chilled Queensland tiger prawns, New Zealand Green-Lipped mussels with plum sauce, Tasmanian smoked salmon, a fresh Thai beef salad, antipasto, olives and delicious dips. Then dig into our hot selection, featuring a Mediterranean-style barramundi and a selection of hearty favourites. Finish things off with a tempting spread of cakes, seasonal fruit and plenty more to round out the Race Day celebration!
With live music from Rachel Rachel, sweepstakes, lucky door prizes, and the race on the big screen, plus fashions on the field and prizes for best dressed, it’s set to be a fun-filled day you won’t want to miss.
