Terms and Conditions

Participation in the 2025 Hawks Nest Golf Club Myall Classic is subject to the terms and conditions below.

- Payment is required in full to process your registration and in the unlikely case the commitee cannot meet your requested requirements for the tournament (ie preffered tee time, all team players etc), a full refund will be processed.

- Players who notify the HNGC Tournament Commitee of their withdrawal will have all refunds processed less booking and processing fees.

- In the case of tournament disruption/cancellation due to weather or other circumstances;

If the tournament committee determine the course is playable, no refund will be provided should you choose not to participate.
If the tournament committee deem the course unplayable, a full refund will be processed.

5. Handicaps - All players must hold a GA handicap. Maximum 36.0 for males and 45.0 for Females.
