Payment is required in full to process your registration and in the unlikely case HNGC cannot meet your requested requirements for the tournament (ie preffered tee time, all team players etc), HNGC will refund your payment in full.
Cancellations within 7 days of tournament will not be refunded. Please contact the Pro Shop or Club Captain for any enquiries regarding these matters.
In the case of tournament disruption/cancellation due to weather or other circumstances;
If the tournament organisers determine the course is playable, no refund will be provided should you choose not to participate.
If the tournament organisers deem the course unplayable, a refund will be offered according to the tournament's condititions of play.
Control: Decision of the Match Committee will be binding on all players.
Conditions of play and visitor information will be available at registration.
Any ties will be decided by the GA count back system. Your tee times will be available on the Club’s Website and at registration.
Golf Carts: Due to Club Policy. NO VISITORS CARTS ARE PERMITTED.
Hawks Nest is a comfortable walking course. However, a limited number of carts are available, if required. Please indicate your requirements on the entry form. The Tournament Director will facilitate cart hire with the Pro Shop. If a cart is requested you may be required to share the cart, depending on demand. Cost is $24.50 per seat (1/2 share).
Rules: Local Rules appear on the reverse of the score card and should be read in conjunction with the Local Rules board outside the Pro Shop. Dress rules apply on the Course and in the Club House.
On the Wednesday Rest Day, you may wish to play in the Club’s Competition Round, starting times are available at the Pro Shop.
